As ‘The Dusit ’ is in a residential area, we have a strict ‘No parties or Events’ policy and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house, though some cupboards are locked and not for guests to access.
Other things to note
Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. Kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, cling wrap etc.). Milk is not supplied as everyone’s preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.

Gas fireplace is only available during the cooler months.

Guests are to ensure they clean the BBQ down after use and not leave it dirty with food etc over it.

If guests chose to use the BBQ there is no responsibility taken for the gas bottle to be full or to be replaced during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own and take your bottle home with you.

**No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.
